If you are asking about changing an address after you already made the purchase, it's too late for that. Sellers are required to ship to the address on your payment. In that case, contact your seller to let him know you used the wrong address, and if he hasn't shipped yet, ask if he would cancel the transaction and relist the item so that you can repurchase it with the correct address.
@drdomhere Have you already made a purchase? If so then you need to contact your seller and ask if they will please cancel as problem with buyers address, refund you, and then relist. Note that sellers are not required to do this so ask nicely and RIGHT away.

ADD a new address and THEN delete the old one in account settings. Be sure to update ALL of the shipping addresses.
