How is this possible? I ordered on Jan 1st and paid. I have a confirmation email, been in touch with the seller multiple times and the seller has even responded. From Tracking all I have is a 'Shipping Label Created' and USPS is awaiting the item. When I began to research how to notify EBAY of an issue, I was directed to my Purchase History, and the item is not there?!? I can't seem to find a number for Customer Service so I can talk to an EBAY agent. Can anyone provide any help? Thank you!!

If it doesn't show in your account, you likely bought the item as a "guest".
Log out of this account, then:
To start a return request or report a problem with an item you bought as a guest, you'll need your order confirmation email. This is the email eBay sent at the time of your purchase with all your order details. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".
If you don't have that email, you can request another copy of the order confirmation email on this page:
Once you have the email, you can follow the process on the above page to talk to the seller.
You can also open an Item Not Received case
1) Select View order details in your order confirmation email.
2) Select Item Not Received
3) Follow the steps
