We have followed all the steps that we could. Getting around Ebay is very difficult. We have tried numerous times to contact the seller and never received an answer from them. Why is it so difficult to speak to an agent to rectify this problem. Ebay should make it easier than harder. I will not purchase anything from Ebay again until this problem is solved.

Customer Service on ebay.com, the USA site, is only for members located in the USA and Canada, between the hours of 5am-10pm Pacific Time. Click on HELP & CONTACT at the top right corner of most screens. Work through the questions. At the end you can either send a message or use the Call Me option. If using a mobile device, disable the spam filter so the call can go through.
