I'm a dealer who's not getting notified about offers and have lost sales because of this

Hi, I have about 425 listings and have in the last year or two noticed that not only am I not getting emails informing me of sales anymore, I am not getting notified of any offers I've had on my products, so I have missed entire sales because ebay has not notified of any offers. The only way I've discovered about offers is going through each individual product's offer link, but after clicking on the offers link, at least 95 percent of those have had no offers. 

I have been unsuccessful trying to contact ebay. When I try to contact them directly, all they give you is a list of topics and a 2 minute article of about eight topics, none of which is even close to the issue above.

Anyone else have this problem? Has anyone solved it?

I am on ebay daily.  I can see my notification BELL lit up when I have an offer.  I rarely check my email client, so I set my client to place all emails from ebay into my Trash.

You have thousands more sales than I do. I think ebay gives you more notifications because of your volume. I've had the offer notification turned on so I can supposedly see the bell when it happens. It hasn't and I've only found out too late (when expired)  that I've had an offer by digging into my individual listings. No bell for me.
