I live in Canada and sell from .com I am unable to set my bank account up

is anyone else here who lives in Canada and uses eBay.com? I been chatting with customer service for almost 2 weeks, I’ve lost count of how many agents I have spoken to. Basically each one has me do the same things. There has to be an international department, but I can’t find it. Thank you for any tips…
