I haven't received my order and seller is not longer listed with e-bay Every time I click on contact e-bay it goes back to the original resolution screen, how do I contact e-bay in Australia to sort this out?
You need to log out and return to your home site. Right now you are on the eBay US site.
If the seller is no longer registered you can file a case with PayPal if you paid that way, and the last estimated delivery date has passed.
