I have so many purchases on eBay I've forgotten what I have bought can I get a statement to know each person's I paid for over the last two years How do I know I've not spent too much and been paying two or three times per person

You can order a report of purchases, but since it does not include tax, it will difficult to match to something like a credit card statement.  You could get the report, then use it as a place to record the total for each purchase that you would look up by viewing the order details.

The report takes about a week to get. Go to account settings >> request your eBay data.
