I’ve noticed that my listings are receiving very few views. I have a question regarding whether the difference between my registration country and my actual residence could affect the visibility of my items. Could this impact the number of views my listings get? Are there other factors that could be influencing this?

I looked at several of your listings, and the item location states Springfield, VA, so your item should show up if buyers are searching for what you have listed and selected USA.  They would not see your country of registration until after clicking into the listing and clicking on your feedback number.
