Hi All,

I have an order that I sent on 6/30/2021 and it is still marked "Awaiting Shipment". I have tried ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS to change the record to having been sent but have not been able to so far. Any help would be appreciated.

The carrier did not scan the item when he received it.  Give the item time to arrive to its destination.  It may still be in transit and will scan once it reaches its destination.

The other possibility is that item is lost.
