If the item does not offer local pick up, there is no way to purchase it without the shipping.
Ask the seller to add the local pick up to the item so you can select local pick up. You probably need to remove it from your cart, then add it back after he adds local pick up.

@zenaza-67 The seller would have to relist the item WITH shipping if you want it shipped to you. They need to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address and relist.
The item may be too large or heavy to ship using regular shipping methods. If that is the problem then it would have to ship via Freight which is cost prohibitive. It will cost WAAAY more to ship than the item price.
