I have a few listings but only one of them has authentic guaranteed at the top. How do you turn that

The guaranteed authentic up at the top of the listing. How do you turn that on? Thank you.

You don't.  The Authenticity Guarantee shows up when your item is on ebay's list for authentication and it meets the price point.
