I got scammed and eBay doesn’t refund me

I been a long time customer over 10 years .i had spend thousands of dollars buying stuff from them and over the years here and there I had issues and eBay always step up and solve problems for me I always feel that the take customer until today . 
I got scammed by a seller . I never receive anything to my address that I had been using for the pass 4 years , I have cameras on my property and also is a ranch where no other house are around. 

now eBay says that the item has been delivered and close the case . I can’t find a number to talk about this to customer service and I feel so upset because I got robbed from someone that find a loop in this system. If someone can share some information where I can get help with real people not a AI . If not I will closing my account and all this will be over.

If tracking shows it was delivered to your address, but wasn't, call or visit the carrier with the tracking number and insist they track down where the package was actually left, which they can do with scans and GPS.

If delivered to a wrong address they will try to retrieve it. Also watch the tracking for a scan it got turned in or returned to the seller. If the address on the label is not yours, then you need documentation from the carrier to that effect to show ebay when you appeal the case.

If it shows it was delivered to your address and is now stolen or missing, it is a matter for a local police report and your insurance company. Neither ebay or the seller can help further.
