I got invoiced for items not bought

My below being about a recent seller;  as I have been buying similar, but lesser-priced items -- from other Ebay sellers, during the same timeline.  BUT to the same items:  this controversial seller only has the version of new old stock, ultimate priced condition;  BUT I NEVER BOUGH THESE ~MULTIPLE~ ITEMS FROM THIS SELLER.  As I have found on my Paypal of Multiple Purchases of the same item description;  hence multiple charges & Ebay fees.   But I have never received the Ebay Invoicing to these claimed purchases of this Ebay seller.
  I am in further credit card debt, due to such seller/transactions ---- because of sellers like this.  
* (not only were the items not received, considering how far back in time the transactions being)
*NO EMAILS Were Received To The Purchases,
*NO Ebay Transactions were found in 'My Account.'
BUT THIS IS NOT ALL; there is more to add --- that I have chosen to add later.
My past history never had negative results, and vica versa from this seller; so further I don't know why such above happened to me.  As there was only positive feedback in the past.
