I sold an item to someone in Germany (I'm here in the U.S.) I went to the USPS website and weighed my package and it looked like the charge was going to be $44, which is what the customer paid, but the post office told me the actual cost is $59.95- so I need to charge the customer an additional $15.95. I followed instructions on your website and it said: "Go to SOLD items. From MORE ACTIONS, choose SEND INVOICE. Enter the new shipping price and select SEND. The problem is, I looked and I looked and there is no "MORE ACTIONS" button to click on. Can you walk me through sending this customer a new invoice for the shipping?

You can't charge the buyer more for shipping.
They are only required to pay what was in the listing and if you made a mistake, you have to make up the difference.
