I did not get paid

I sold 2 items on the same day.  I got paid for one item.  Ebay took back postage for both items that I purchased as shipping.  How do I contact Ebay to get the rest of my money.  I see no pending sales to disburse.  Please help me.

Go to your payment account - https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin. If both items were paid for, you will see both payments there - payments can not disappear. 

Click on each payment to see the funds from the buyer and the fees that eBay deducted. Click on the payout to see what was included and what was deducted.
