I did not get item by fedex

I did not get item by fedex. ebay says that it is delivered and closed case. I need assistance contacting fedex. Seller does nos answer me. I need the 9-digit shipper or payer FedEx account number associated with this shipment for a detailed proof of delivery.  how can I get this number ?

Only eBay can give you this number as they are  considered as the shipper of record by FedEx and not the seller.  The seller has no way to help you with this.  eBay may or may not disclose this number to you.
