I cannot leave feedback for any sale with more than 1 item!

I have tried to leave feedback on a number of sale today with 2 or more items and it gives me a message that I need to close the page and come back, but that does not work. I have a number of sales within the 60 days that I need to leave feedback for and I find no link or box to speak to anyone from Ebay!
