I can't upload photos from Mac laptop in HEIC format to EBay. Keeps spinning away. Frustrating.

I cannot upload photos in HEIC FORMAT from my laptop into Ebay auction. I just get this spinning dial. Can anyone help. Never happened to me before.

ebay does not support the HEIC format.  Photos must be a JPG format.  There are others, but JPG is what I use.
