I can't reach eBay

Hello, my eBay account has been temporarily restricted, I need to contact eBay to resolve the issue and currently the eBay help page is only reachable by phone. But the problem is that I live in Turkey. For this reason, unfortunately eBay cannot call Turkish numbers. There is no way for me to contact eBay in this case. What can I do?

You can use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page to request a chat with an agent from eBay. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a chat with an agent.

If using the "Contact us" link takes you directly to the chat assistant window, you may have to enter some context dependent cues to get to the chat with an agent link.

Contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.

You can try the chat option and see if that works for you>>

Click on Contact Us at the bottom of the page.  

Then in the chat bot box on the lower right type Account is restricted.  

The bot will respond then type AGENT.  

Once you do that you will see the option to request a CHAT instead of a call back.

Hello, yes, there is only the "have us call you" option on this page. Unfortunately, it only requires a US and Canadian number. There used to be an e-mail option, but now there is not.

@Anonymous   Honestly eBay in my experience due to the type of product you were selling eBay will not reinstate your account. Windows 10 software is only supposed to be sold by authorized dealers.

I know that there are MANY listed but that doesn't mean that Microsoft picks a few of the MANY listings and asks eBay to remove them.

Hello, yes, this product must be sold by authorized dealers. However, I was also selling these products on Amazon. I received permission from Amazon because of the product invoices I gave to Amazon. I can also provide these documents on eBay. That's why I thought the account would be restored. Moreover, we do not only sell these products, we also sell other products.

Personally I would contact social media again and tell them you need a WAY to contact eBay from Turkey.
