If you have a valid reason to return (the item is not as described, or the listing says the seller accepts returns and you are in the time limit that s/he accepts them) go to your Purchase History and select Return this item under More actions and choose the appropriate reason ("Doesn't match description or photos" if not as described) for wanting to return it. After 3 days (or after the deadline they tell you for the seller to respond) if you have not gotten a refund or return label go back to the Purchase History and find the link to "Ask eBay to step in" (you have 21 days from when you open the case to do that or the return closes in the seller's favor).
On the 4th business day after opening a return request from your Purchase History … go back to your open request and ask eBay to step in. eBay will provide the shipping label or refund as needed.
