I called eBay for help with item not received and no refund

I ordered an item dec 8. I never received and didnot receive a refund and seller will not respond . I called eBay they said they would try to contact seller if seller did not respond to call customer service. I’ve tried calling and can’t get anyone to answer . The seller took $70+ dollars and there’s no way to contact.

@bobbiebltv   Did you file an official not received refund request?  There is no need to contact the seller or customer service.

If your package is late arriving this is what you do:

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late. 

You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay. Select your item on this page to start a refund request:

Thank you but I tried contacting the seller and ask eBay to step in but they closed my request because no activity. What so I called eBay yesterday and talked to 3 different people. The last young lady said they would try to email the seller if I did not receive a response within 24 hours to call them and let them know. But the phone number will not let me talk to a live person. It says go to self help page then hangs up. I tried over an hour today trying to talk to someone. The young lady told me that notes were on my account about the situation so when I called the CS rep could look at the notes. I tried to contact the seller multiple times but the seller isn’t there anymore . Items are gone. I’m so afraid I’m out of $74. I can’t get any help
