I bought and paid for a item its been weeks nothing, the seller will not answer,ebay will not respon

I can not order from another seller I need the money.I paid for shipping and no refund, in fact the item has a shipping number but post office has not received my item. Its been weeks nothing on the tracking.

Ebay needs to get this sorted out but they have no email or phone numbers

Has the last estimated delivery date passed?

There is a button there to start the process of reporting an item not received.

In these cases you not talk  to anyone you file the item not received case and the seller has 3 day to make it good , on the 4th day eBay will refund you your money.

If you file an INR, you'll get the shipping charge back with the refund.
