Has the seller cancelled the transaction?  If it was cancelled by the seller and you paid through eBay check out, then the item will be under Cancelled Invoices on your Purchase History page.  When seller cancels a transaction, the refund is automatic and if you paid with a credit card, your refund will return to your credit card account.
