I am trying to accept an offer from a buyer and getting an error

On my phone when i accept the offer a pop up comes up that just says "null".

So I went to accept it on my computer and it said "there was an issue processing your request."

If you recently updated your username, try signing out of eBay completely then signing back in to allow the changes to propagate fully throughout your account. Then try accepting that offer once again to see if that makes any difference.

And make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account that received the offer if you are attempting to use a link in an email.
