I tried contacting the seller for cancelling an item that has local pickup. The problem being....I LIVE NO WHERE EVEN NEAR THAT ZIP CODE. They have refused my cancellation request, so I'm requesting that ebay itself step in. I am out of $219.00 because they want to say what's final.
I'm pretty sure this violates a stipulation on ebay, if I can't even pickup or receive the item, WHY DID I EVEN PAY FOR IT!?
I apologize. I'm very angry about this. Asking for the most help, please. Thanks for reading.

@jaaynsane It is always important when shopping to check to see if an item has Local PIck Up or Shipping on the sellers listing. Local Pick Up only listings are just that, you have to GO pick up the item. These items are usually too large or heavy for shipping, although a seller can use Local Pick Up ONLY on any listing they choose.
Some sellers offer shipping AND Local Pick Up on a listing and the buyer must be sure to choose the appropriate option.
You can file a not received refund request 7 days after the date of purchase here>

4 business days after filing the request you can ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not issued a full refund. Then eBay will force a refund.
