I am about done with Ebay

I started a resolution case today and was clear that a return was not possible due to my age, I am disabled, and Covid.  I asked for 40 dollars on a hundred dollar purchase which arrive (and left the seller broken).  The agent started the case, I asked her if she under stood I could not go to the post office and she said yes.  I just got a response from the seller saying to return it.  Of course all I get on the ebay call number is robots and hang ups.  This used to be so much fun, but no more.

You don't have to go to the post office - your letter carrier will pick it up from you.  After you print the label and have it ready to go, go to usps.com. Under quick tools select schedule a pickup.

eBay can not force a seller to give you a partial refund. They can only force him to accept your return.
