Haven’t told her didn’t know if I pushed buy if the buyer automatically knew I pushed it. Probably not I’m thinking only if I finished with payment. Is that correct?
thank you

If you clicked Buy It Now, you purchased the item, so yes the seller knows and is awaiting your payment.

So my question is how do I undo the pushed buy it now? Do I contact the seller or is there a way to just undo it on my end.

You can't undo it; it is already purchased. You can contact the seller and ask to cancel, but the seller does not have to do so. If they don't, after 4 days they will cancel the transaction and give you a strike for non-payment. One won't hurt you but 2 will keep you from bidding.

Hi @tibeegle_0
-Some items are NOT set up for Immediate payment BUT if you click the Buy it now button the sale is registered by eBay on the Seller's account. The Seller knows the item was purchased and is waiting for payment.
-You cannot cancel a transaction NOR undo the Buy it now function. You have to message the Seller via the "Contact" link on the item you purchased and ask them to cancel the transaction, keep the request simple, don't make up a reason or excuse
-Sellers do NOT have to honor a Cancellation request but smart ones will to avoid an issue down the road like a return
-Many items are set for Immediate payment required meaning if you click the Buy it now button you bought it and you own it.
