I accidentally entered a reserve price and removed it right away but I am still being charged A $38

We aren’t eBay employees.

The reserve fee is charged when you hit the list button and is not refundable. It doesn’t matter if you remove it 1 second or 1 day later.

You can call eBay and ask but it’s doubtful they will credit you the fee.
