I accepted a return and refund from the buyer for an item that didn’t fit. The buyer is asking me to

The buyer wants me to send the return label to them saying it won’t print for them on a return that I have refunded them for. How do I do this ? Where do I find that?

Have you already refunded the buyer? If so, they can not print the label - your refund closed the return.

You can open a free account at pirateship.com and buy a return label. Print it to a jpeg file, then send the jpeg to the buyer in an eBay message.

If they can't print the return label that is on them.  They can use the QR code that eBay sends them in the return process to take to the Post Office to have them print the label and put it on the package.

You don't have access to the buyer return portal with the label.
