I KNOW that feedback affects nothing. What did I do wrong????

WHY go from top seller to Above average?  Why go from 100% to 99% to 98.9%??   How to regain top seller says NOTHING, NOTHING!  What did I do WRONG???

Top Rated Seller requires 100 Domestic sales and $ 1000 sales in the last 12 consecutive months.  They review accounts the 20th of each month and implement any Seller status changes the following month.

You apparently canceled one transaction sometime int he last 6 months or so but I am doubtful that affected your Seller status unless there other issues that we cannot see (we have no access to accounts).
