How you change your tax exempt status?

I uploaded the document for it, but they are asking for showing my business name in my personal information, which I did, but everytime they ask me to do the same thing. Is there a way to talk to live person from tax department? Because I called customer service and they cannot help me or connect me with tax department.

@rajko84  Try CS on social media.  The agents are more experienced.
