So, USPS has been spotty in my area for the past few months, but I do have "Informed Delivery," which takes photos of your mail as they leave the sorting facility. I got an email showing the delivery of the item in question, but never received any mail that day.
USPS has a hard time tracking items that aren't actively tracked, but thankfully, Ebay has a tracking number for the item. Of course, that tracking number is not a USPS tracking number, so I can't reference it in my complaint to USPS. I have tried to get Ebay to help me with this request but the Contact Support option just saw that the item was considered delivered and closed out my help request with no additional information.
So, is there any way to know how Ebay's tracking number works? Can I provide that or any other information to USPS to help me locate my purchase?
