How to use coupon code on an offer from seller

I received an offer from a seller and the item also had a 20% off code to use.      When I accepted the offer there is nowhere to add in the 20% off code on the checkout page.     I know there is a spot when u just go thru checkout but different with their offer.

Check the terms and conditions on the coupon - generally coupons can not be used on a best offer.
