How to unblock seller

Buyers cannot block sellers.

What makes you think a seller is "blocked"?

What is the "block" you are trying to undo?   Did you place it, or eBay, or your trading partner (were you buyer or seller in the blocked transactions)?  

If you have a seller blocked from appearing in your search results by the filter that does that, simply  remove his/her username from the filter (if there are others re-save the results after you run the search without that seller being blocked, and remove the old saved search so you don't get confused and use that one)?
