How to unblock a buyer

I blocked a buyer for a misunderstanding that was actually my misunderstanding.  When I click on the dots on the right of his name, there’s no “unblock”.  It still has “block” as an option.  Does that mean that I really didn’t block him?

Check your blocked buyer list. If the username appears there, you can erase it and submit the new list.
