I’m a victim of fraud using eBay gift cards

For most issues with gift cards, one should go back to the retailer that sold the card. 
Be prepared that there is nothing they can do for you. 
Look online for “gift card draining” to see why buying physical gift cards from retail locations is a very bad idea.

What was the fraud?  Did it involve a vehicle? 

If you gave gift card numbers to someone then the money is gone. 

Remember eBay has nothing to do with anything you may see on some other website.
