How to talk to an agent on message?

I am trying to tlk to an agent because I am not in USA and I dont have USA number to receive call from ebay. They give only the option is call us and their number is also a USA number. 
The Chat robot is just sucks, not understand any problem and not letting me to talk to an agent. I just got tired. 
How can I talk to an agent on messages?
