How to talk to a person at Ebay - funds on hold - no idea why

Hello,

Just sold my 8th item. Funds were released to me after a few days on my first couple of transactions. Now I see that on this 8th item there is a 'funds on hold - will be released december 7th' not under it. Why would this be happening NOW? I checked the buyer and they seem to have good feedback and seem to be solid. So why is Ebay holding my money? It's not like I sold 1000 items in one week or something suspicious is going on? Also - is there a way to CONTACT them directly. I used the number on the internet and only got 'fraud protection department'. This is so frustrating.

Thanks for any help. I haven't sold on here in a long time - and i'm utterly confused as to why they'd suddenly do this after verifying my info and sending the other payments.

Customer Service on ebay.com, the USA site, is only for members located in the USA and Canada, between the hours of 5am-10pm Pacific Time. Click on HELP & CONTACT at the top right corner of most screens.  Work through the questions.  At the end you can either send a message or use the Call Me option.  Any phone number you find on the internet is most likely fake.
