How to stop store emails?

Hello! I continue to receive emails from eBay stores though I have updated my account and even contacted the seller to stop. Nothing has worked. Any advice? Thank you!

Try this. Go to your Saved Sellers and look to see if the seller is on your list. If so, click on the three little dots (see screenshot) to bring up options. There should be an "Unsubscribe" option, so be sure to select it.

Also, you can click on the blue heart to remove the seller from saved sellers.
