I went to a seller's listing. Clicked on box to agree with terms, and tried to put item in my cart. Instead, I got the following message...
An item you selected was not added to your cart because the seller will not sell to buyers that do not meet their requirements.
When I tried to contact the seller to explain the message, got the following message...
We're sorry we couldn't find an answer for you. Unfortunately this seller is not able to respond to your question. We suggest reviewing the item again to see if your answer is in the seller's listing.
As I do not see the answer in the seller's listing, have no idea what is going on. Can Ebay explain to me what is going on?
