First, is it worth shipping, or better off selling for Local Pickup Only?
If not properly packed for freight, it would have to go by moving truck, which for local nearby areas can be reasonable with a small local mover, otherwise expensive with a nationwide mover.
Freight is another option, but requires proper packing, maybe even a pallet. Plus if you are having it picked up, you have to be able to put it on the truck or pay extra for lift gate service, also at the buyer's end. Depending on the class and discounts this can be very expensive. Call a local freight broker/forwarder in the Yellow Pages to get some estimates.
