Hello,
I tried to get in touch with the seller to return the item I bought, but after 4 emails and 3 phone calls, I still didn't receive any confirmation to send it back, and it's been almost 3 weeks now.
I tried to write to eBay, even though it was very difficult to find somewhere to write an email but still no one got back in touch.
It is impossible for me to ask eBay to get involved since I bought the item with a guest account due to an impossibility to log in at this time.

Contact eBay Customer Service because there is an issue with some eBay Guest Purchases. eBay is aware of the situation and is working on a solution.
