How to return a whole order?

Hi, I made order with 12 items, and they all are not as described, and defective. The seller does not answer me and I tried to start return. But the return option I found lets me make return for every item separate only. So, I can print return label for every single item and send them separate, in 12 packages. How to return them all in one package with a label for all of them? This is one order. But if I print only one label and send them all with it, then I’ll get refund for only one item, to which the label belongs. The seller doesn’t answer my messages. I’d highly appreciate any advice. Thanks in advance.

You must open a return for each item.  If they are not as described, the seller pays for the return.  So he can provide 12 labels, or he can provide a single label and put the tracking # into all 12 of the returns, if he knows how to do that. If each return is already offering you a separate label, then you should send 12 packages.

If he provides a label outside of your return, or has to send you the money to pay for the return, then you need to add the tracking # to each and every return case.  I do not know if the system will let you add the same tracking to all 12, so you might have to ask customer service for help.
