How to resolve funds on hold?

First, I have a couple of sold items that have reached their destination (buysers have left feedback for their item saying they received it) but the tracking information says it is still in transit/out for delivery, so eBay has my funds on hold.

Second, I changed the tracking info for an item since it was pricey and wanted to make sure it arrived quickly. It did, but now eBay doesn't know it has been delivered since I didn't use the original tracking info, my funds are on hold for this one too. 

How do I resolve this?

Go to the transaction in Orders > Paid & shipped

Click the EDIT link next to the tracking number and enter the tracking number for the actual label you did use to ship the item.

Did you go to Orders > Shipping labels    and cancel/void the first label?  The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined the label was never used.
