How to request a feedback revision?

Hi there, I received feedback for another item a buyer purchased. I do not see a way to request a revision? The buyer purchased Jan. 15th, so I'm within the 30 day window. Thank you!

That was a positive feedback.  You cannot request a revision on a positive feedback, even if it is incorrect.

Hi @cecemarie72 

That feedback can NOT be revised because it’s positive … BUT you could leave a Reply mentioning that the feedback was for a different item OR you can ask the buyer to leave a Follow up with an explanation.

That said, the feedback doesn’t hurt you … so it may be best to leave it alone, rather than draw attention to it by adding a new statement.
