How to report suspicious activity

I sold an item but then contacted the buyer to note a defect. They cancelled the order but I've noted I have been contacting two diffrent buyer IDs through the process. I'm not sure if one of the accounts has been compromised but I want to contact ebay and cannot find an appropriate option just in case the refund goes to the wrong person

Ignore post. One user was clearly fraudulent. When I replied saying I was going to report as suspicious the account was deregistered. Have sorted my account and advised genuine buyer to check theirs.
