I was on Facebook Marketplace and found a sweet deal on an enclosed trailer for $800. Too good to be true I thought but asked if it was available. It was alledgedly a trailer a woman is selling because her Dad passed in an accident in a town 1 hour away from me. She said she wanted eBay Motor & Buyer Protect to handle money and delivery. When I got the email it looked legit but asked I pay only in Apple Card’s or eBay cards. I reported the to Facebook after reading eBay takes any credit cards for payment. But now I can seem to alert eBay that someone is using their name and images to scam people. Am I correct in this being a scam? And why doesn’t eBay have a way to report? Please advise. Thanks!

Yes, you are correct. It is a scam. Reporting it to Facebook is the correct course of action.
Reporting to eBay will not accomplish anything; eBay has no control over what folks post on Facebook Marketplace.
eBay already knows that scammers post such things on many other sites, and eBay cannot stop scammers from copying logos.
