How to report item that is counterfeit?

Allot of items lack authenticity and would like to report them to ebay and our community so no one gets taken advantage of!!

Each listing has a report link.  However, unless multiple users report a listing eBay will do little to the seller.  Also, if eBay sees you reporting many listings at once they may sanction your account as someone who wants to disrupt sales on the site.

Sellers are responsible for their listings and eBay provides their Money Back Guaranty to protect buyers for 30 days from receipt of the item.  So eBay already provides a remedy for any problems a buyer may have.

So they're not really enforcing this counterfeit going on? I've purchased 4 things this past couple weeks and they all seem to be counterfeit and this is some sick ish!! I  guess mine doesn't have option to report until after I order it..
