How to report a buyer?

A buyer tried to get me to pay them outside of eBay. This buyer asked me to text them to answer a question, then asked me to accept an echeck for more than the listing price to my email account, and pay the overage to movers for them. This person also got angry when I declined. It's clearly a scam. How do I report this person / user account?

You can report the buyer from here:

It's almost not worth reporting, however, since the 'buyer' will likely just open a new account and go on their way attempting to scam another new seller ... in an attempt to trick them into shipping the item before being paid.

And just for future reference ~~

ONLY A SCAMMER does any of the following:

• Offers you more money than the item is listed for.
• Asks you to text, email or phone them before payment is received.
• Requests your PayPal email address or other personal info.
• Asks you to include a gift card with the item.
