How to remove my City from each listing

How can I remove my City and just show my State when my listings are viewed?

I also want to remove my address from my shipping labels I create on Ebay.  How can  do that?

eBay wants cities to be in the listing.

You need to have your return address on your shipping labels in case the item is undeliverable for some reason.  I would assume you'd want your item returned to you instead of thrown out.

If you live in a small town, you can replace your actual zipcode with a zip code from a larger nearby city, as long as the first 3 digits are the same.  For example, I ship from Anaheim, CA 92802, but if I did not want to display that city, I could use 92844. which is Garden Grove, CA.  The zip is important in order to help ebay display the estimated transit time from your zip code to the buyer's zip code.
